CBRE has a world class Supplier onboarding, monitoring, risk assessment and risk monitoring program called Supplier Shield. Global Risk Management Solutions (Achilles) is proud to partner with CBRE for the delivery of the following assessment activities under Supplier Shield:

• Diverse Supplier certification verification.
• Insurance verification and monitoring
• Health and Safety (H&S) assessments
• Business continuity assessments.

As part of the Achilles assessment process, CBRE suppliers will be asked to provide information and supporting documentation relating to the above risk areas.

The Program’s key points are as follows:

• Suppliers must provide all information requested by Achilles to successfully conduct the risk assessment.
• Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their information is current (e.g. ensuring their insurance provider undertakes the digital insurance verification process and maintains the currency of certificates)
• Suppliers are required to pay Achilles a non-refundable annual Achilles risk assessment fee for the assessment.
• Participants will be able to view the results of the assessment and will have the opportunity to address any deficiencies.
• Failure to participate and successfully complete the Achilles assessment will result in exclusion from CBRE business opportunities.
• Suppliers needing assistance with the Achilles Risk Assessment Program should contact Achilles Support using the purple chat widget in the lower right corner of all Achilles landing pages.
• There is a non-refundable annual enrollment fee associated with the program for U.S. and Canadian suppliers based on spend tiers.
