Supplier Risk Management Program!

In an effort to strengthen NYC's risk management program the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) has partnered with GRMS | Global Risk Management Solutions and implemented the NYC Supplier Risk Management Program (Program).

The Program is designed to streamline the collection and management of key information regarding the regulatory and compliance status as well as business operations of our suppliers, vendors and service providers.

As part of our supplier qualification, we now offer suppliers, vendors and service providers who conduct business with select pilot agencies to participate by enrolling through GRMS at no cost. Key points follow:

You will be able to view the results of the risk assessment and have the opportunity to correct any deficiencies.
This system takes the place of NYC’s current insurance verification process, and allows your insurance broker to verify directly that insurance coverage meets your contract requirements.
THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL CREDIT CHECK - PERSONAL CREDIT CHECKS ARE NOT PERFORMED.
