In an effort to strengthen our company's risk management program and ensure that we are in compliance with federally mandated laws and regulations, CBRE has implemented the CBRE UPS Supplier Risk Management Program (Program) as part of our risk management policies.

Successful completion of the Program will result in your company being added to the CBRE UPS Approved Supplier List (ASL). Once on the ASL, your company will be eligible to receive Work or Purchase Orders.

Please keep the information within your GRMS account updated. This will ensure we have the appropriate contact information and that our client account team can determine your company’s geographic availability and service capabilities. In addition, please ensure that the broker/insurance agent contact information you provide is accurate.  The email address you provide will be used to reach out to your broker/agent directly for your insurance coverages via the DIV process.

Failure to maintain compliance, may result in your company being rendered inactive, and as a result, ineligible to perform services on the account.

• All current and potential CBRE UPS suppliers must enroll in the Program and pass CBRE's assessment criteria.
• There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $435 associated with the program and an annual fee of $435 to keep your GRMS portal in compliance. 
• If you haven't already, you may enroll in the auto-renew program which makes renewal quick and easy.
• Please note that if you work for other CBRE-GWSA accounts, you must enroll separately at https://screening.cbre.com. This will require a separate fee, and you must comply with the insurance requirements listed here.
  
• Once completed, suppliers will be able to view the results of their risk assessment and will have the opportunity to correct any deficiencies.
