Welcome to the CBRE - Data Center Solutions (DCS) - JPMC
Supplier Risk Assessment Program!

In an effort to strengthen our company's risk management program and ensure that we are in compliance with federally mandated laws and regulations, CBRE has implemented the Global Supplier Risk Assessment Program (“Program”), facilitated by Achilles Information, LLC d/b/a Achilles , as part of our risk management policies.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • The CBRE DCS JPMC screening program is managed separately from other CBRE lines of business (such as GWS and PJM), having different requirements and assessment criteria.
  • All existing and potential CBRE suppliers must enroll in the Program and pass CBRE's assessment criteria.
  • For existing suppliers already enrolled in screening for other CBRE lines of business, all requirements, criteria, and fees collected are in addition to and not in lieu of those of any other existing program in which the supplier is enrolled.
  • The cost of enrollment in the Program is the sole responsibility of the supplier and expires annually (from the date of registration). There is a non-refundable fee associated with each program period for all suppliers based on spend tiers. All screening requirements and assessment criteria will be re-evaluated at the beginning of each enrollment period.
  • At the time of enrollment, suppliers will be required to select product and service categories relevant to their offering. It is important that suppliers accurately identify their service categories as each category will have an impact on assessment criteria. Failure to populate this information will result in the supplier being required to satisfy the maximum screening requirements and assessment criteria.
  • Suppliers will be able to view the results of their risk assessment and will be given the opportunity to correct deficiencies should any be discovered.
  • Successful completion of the Program will result in the supplier being added to the CBRE Approved Supplier List (ASL).  The ASL will be available to all DCS client account teams and serve as an incentive for those teams to utilize the services of screened suppliers in good standing within the Program.
  • It is the supplier’s sole responsibility to update their profile as needed to maintain compliance with program requirements during the program period. Some items such as Certificates of Insurance may expire during the program period and require updating. Failure to maintain compliance with program requirements will result in the supplier’s removal from the ASL.
  • Only suppliers and service providers included on the ASL will be eligible for work on DCS client accounts.
