The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:

"Contractor shall cause its insurance policies to name US Silica Company as additional insureds and waive subrogation against US Silica Company."
Insurer must have a AM Best rating of A- and FSC Class of VII or better.
THE LIMITS REQUIRED MAY BE SATISFIED BY ANY COMBINATION OF PRIMARY AND EXCESS COVERAGE.
