  • The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:
    "Schenker Americas, Inc.as Additional Insured as respects to General Liability where required by written contract or agreement.".
  • THE LIMITS REQUIRED MAY BE SATISFIED BY ANY COMBINATION OF PRIMARY AND EXCESS COVERAGE.
  • Insurer must have a AM Best rating of A- and FSC Class of VII or better.
