Additional Insurance Requirements

  • The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:
    "Pella Corporation is named Additional Insured including products completed operations with a Waiver of Subrogation on Comprehensive General Liability policy as their interest may appear in regard to work performed or services provided by the named insured. Such policy is primary and non-contributory".
  • THE LIMITS REQUIRED MAY BE SATISFIED BY ANY COMBINATION OF PRIMARY AND EXCESS COVERAGE
  • Insurer must have a AM Best rating of A- and FSC Class of VII or better.
