Additional Insurance Requirements

  • The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:
    "LSC Communications, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies must be included as Additional Insureds."
  • The insurance limits required under this agreement may be satisfied through the use of Excess or Umbrella policies.
