Additional Insurance Requirements

The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:

"Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (CBB) and its affiliates, subsidiaries , directors, officers and employees must be included as Additional Insureds on a primary and non-contributory basis on Commercial General Liability."
The insurance limits required under this agreement may be satisfied through the use of Excess or Umbrella policies.
