As a trusted supplier to Cook, Inc., you know that Cook takes our core values very seriously. Staying compliant with the ever-changing regulations that govern business is one way Cook supports those values. As Cook has grown, the number of suppliers and suppliers we interact with has grown as well; increasing the risk of something falling through the cracks. To reduce this risk and to ensure compliance with government mandated laws and regulations, we are introducing a Supplier Risk Assessment Program managed by GRMS | Global Risk Management Solutions.

  • All current and potential suppliers must enroll in the Supplier Risk Assessment Program and pass Cook Inc.'s risk assessment criteria.
  • For all suppliers, there is a nominal non-refundable annual enrollment fee associated with the program. 
  • If you haven't already, enroll in the auto-renew program which makes renewal quick and easy.
  • You will be able to view the results of your company's risk assessment and have the opportunity to correct any deficiencies.
  • Failure to enroll and become compliant may result in the discontinuation of your company's services by Cook, Inc.



Like checking your personal credit reports each year, it is highly recommended that you check the information being reported about your company before Cook, Inc. reviews it.


By becoming compliant with Cook, Inc.'s requirements, your company differentiates itself from competitors that may not be compliant which levels the playing field.


The program allows a smooth and efficient process to understand and submit required information and documents via the Veritas™ Supplier Portal.


As Cook, Inc. continues to rationalize their supplier base, suppliers that are compliant with the risk assessment program are more likely to maintain and possibly increase business.
