"Apria Healthcare is included as Additional Insured as respects to General Liability where required by written contract or agreement.".
THE LIMITS REQUIRED MAY BE SATISFIED BY ANY COMBINATION OF PRIMARY AND EXCESS COVERAGE.
Insurer must have a AM Best rating of A- and FSC Class of VII or better.
