The Description of Operations (“Additional Insured”) language shall be:

"ND Paper and Packaging, LLC. , its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners and agents must be listed as additional insured and waiver of subrogation in favor of ND Paper Packaging, LLC. on Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile, and Excess Liability policies"
THE LIMITS REQUIRED MAY BE SATISFIED BY ANY COMBINATION OF PRIMARY AND EXCESS COVERAGE.
Insurer must have a AM Best rating of A or FSC Class of VII or better.
Should any of the above described policies be cancelled before the expiration date thereof, the Vendor or Vendor’s representative will mail thirty (30) days written notice to the certificate holder.
Vendor shall require its subcontractors to maintain coverage not less than those specified above to include listing ND Paper and Packaging, LLC. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners and agents as additional insured and waiver of subrogation in favor of ND Paper, LLC on Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile, and Excess Liability policies.
^(*) For Category 3 risk tier, policies notated with ^* will be required conditionally based on Vendor's scope of work as defined by the Conditional Insurance Questionnaire listed below.
